A team of employees from UK flexo print supplier Ultimate Packaging took part in a nationally-led Santa Run in Cleethorpes on Sunday 13 December. Clad in red and white Santa suits and white beards, the Ultimate team gathered to take part in the two-mile fun run to raise money for local children’s charity, St Andrew’s Hospice.
Generous suppliers and colleagues of the Ultimate Packaging Santa runners pledged £5,000 for the local cause and Mike Gresham fundraiser for the hospice commented: “A big thankyou to the team at Ultimate, who have raised a fantastic amount of money for the hospice. Without the generosity of local companies and individuals we could not continue to provide the level of care that we do.”
St. Andrew’s Hospice provides holistic care for children and young people with progressive life limiting illnesses.
Sales and marketing director at Ultimate Packaging Chris Tonge added: “It was great fun to take part in the Santa Run and take the opportunity to raise money for such a worthwhile cause as St Andrews Hospice. Many thanks to our suppliers and colleagues, who provided such generous sponsorship.”
