Terinex QC Films choose Comexi

Terinex QC Films have chosen Comexi Group and Innovo Packaging Technology as their key partner for their expansion plans for 2016.

Following the purchase of QC Packaging Films by Terinex Ltd part of the OGM Group, Terinex QC Films is planning to build the business with continued focus on excellent customer service alongside a highly - flexible printing capability. Capacity will be enhanced with the order of a Comexi F2MB, eight colour gearless flexopress plus a solventless laminator, a slitter rewinder and a distilling unit. The F2MB will be supplied with Comexi's latest "Cingular Dot" technology for automatic print impression and register setting giving minimal set up waste. The F2MB also includes many other automated features for rapid job changeover and operator friendliness. The F2MB is part of Comexi's new generation of F1, F2, & F4 range of presses for high quality, high productivity machines to give customers maximised return on investment.

Alongside the F2 flexopress Terinex QC Films have invested in a Comexi Nexus solventless laminator, a Comexi Proslit S2 slitter rewinder and a Comexi Enviroxi solvent distilling unit. The full package, purchased through Innovo Packaging Technology, Comexi's UK sales partner, will open up new markets for Terinex QC Films including quality niche, laminated products and will go hand in hand alongside their renowned rapid customer service & response times.

Innovo's Sales Director, Tim Hilton, stated, "this package of machines from Comexi will greatly enhance the flexibility and 8 colour capability of Terinex QC Films and open new markets of specialised packaging through their new lamination capacity. All four machines are supported through Comexi's internet based 24 hour service support from their HQ in Girona, Spain. All of the machines will be delivered in July 2016 and are part of a long term expansion plan for the site in Ripley, Derbyshire.
