The broad range of new products from Stork Prints on display at next mont’hs Labelexpo Americas show will emphasize the company's strengths as “the leading supplier for rotary screen printing equipment and application support, an innovator in pre-production systems, and a key supplier of printing consumables for the label and security printer”.
The booth (529, in hall A) will feature live demonstrations of the Helios 6010 laser engraving system for narrow web flexo, rotary screen and letterpress printing formes. Mark Andy and Codimag will also stage live demonstrations of presses printing off plates engraved by this system.
Stork says its innovations in rotary screen printing are bringing about a lower cost of ownership, for easier access to this high value printing process. The company offers RSI modular printing units and complete printing lines to suit all budgets and printing applications. The modules are also designed to be easily integrated onto existing presses, so keeping the investment requirements low. Modules are available in widths from 254-1,000mm, with wide repeat size ranges, and can be used with practically all web-fed substrates.
Stork also supplies a number of press-manufacturing partners with its RSI EasyFit bespoke ‘cassette’ format modules for easy insertion into the mainframe of the press. RotaPlate cylinders also on display provide a reduced cost solution for non Stork systems.
An desktop ink dispensing system will be launched at the show. The Coloursat Match gravimetric is promised to be ideal for users of lower ink quantities – especially label printers – to control costs.
