Dotec LiftAssist roll handlers are to be found in a variety of industrial applications including flexible packaging, yarns and fabrics, adhesives, labelling, and non-wovens.

Handling rolls from 20kg to 600kg, processes include taking from the shaft, placing on the shaft, placing on a pallet, taking from a pallet, putting on a converter/slitter, and taking from the converter/slitter. For lifting and tilting in the roll life-cycle Dotec has designed, or can design, an ergonomic and cost-effective solution.

Easy to work with and with a short learning curve, the objective is to make the work for the operator as light as possible. Focusing on ease of use, operator safety, simplicity of operation, ergonomic design and efficiency and proportional flexible movement leads to efficiency and higher productivity.

The recent PPMA show in Birmingham generated considerable interest in the latest handler - the RH50 - designed to handle rolls of up to 50kg that need to be lifted and tilted quickly and easily. Other products in the Dotec range include handling systems for boxes, sheets, bags, kegs and many more. The box handler, that features a gripper or vacuum cups, was also demonstrated at PPMA.

Jarshire offers a complete service from equipment supply and installation to commissioning, operator training, service and maintenance, and the supply of replacement parts.
