A good combination for print off-line and half tone earned Bemis Valkeakoski the prestigious gold award for laminated substrates at the ninth annual FlexoTech International Print & Innovation Awards held in London. Bemis won the award for their ICA Riven Taco Ost design printed using a 10 colour Windmöller & Hölscher Novoflex press. The design was sandwich printed using the latest flexographic technology for the Swedish Ostkompaniet/ICA supermarket chain using Opalen B 62 laminate for grated cheese.
