Following on from the great success of the BGM Elite Digiflex, Bar Graphic Machinery are showing how they are continually putting manufacturing and innovation on the agenda. Bar Graphic Machinery are in the final stages of launching the new BGM Elite Comflex, a flexible compact, robust, digital converting finishing system; the BGM Elite Comflex will bring new and exciting concept in digital converting and finishing systems.

Prior to going into build, BGM are proud to have already received several orders for this machine. The BGM Elite Comflex, is a high-speed re-register die cutting converting and finishing system, The Comflex has been developed to compliment your digital finishing requirements with a small compact footprint, a semi-rotary die cut unit named DieNamic as it achieves impressive speeds of up to 110m/min, Dispro compensation software will also be available as an option. Other options that will be available will include inline lamination, a registration in-setter for the process of peel and reveal. Furthermore, the BGM Elite Comflex will have the option to be equipped with BGM’s new flexographic print station, which is also currently in development; a versatile, quick change print station, which can be used as a spot register station or simple flood coating station. As with all of Bar Graphic Machinery’s machines, the BGM Elite Comflex will be designed and built in-house. As with all our machines BGM offers a three-year guarantee on all in-house manufactured parts. BGM pride themselves on having unique ability to tailor equipment to meet the specific requirements or requests of all customers.
