As a champion of innovative packaging design, Antalis is sponsoring the UK Packaging Awards 2018 for the first time ever.
Each year, the awards honour those that have created exceptional packaging, attracting entries from some of the most talented individuals and companies in the industry competing across 27 specialist categories. To celebrate the sector’s incredible achievements in packaging innovation, this year Antalis Packaging will be exclusively sponsoring the Outstanding Contribution to the Industry Award.
Considered the biggest night in the packaging industry’s social calendar, the winners will be revealed at a glittering gala dinner on 30 October 2018 at the Grosvenor House on London’s Park Lane, which will, of course, be attended by the Antalis team.
The winners will be chosen by an independent panel of expert judges made up of packaging buyers and specifiers from the UK’s leading brands including Heineken, Nestle and The Packaging Federation.
The Antalis team will also be there to cheer on its customer, Diet Chef, a subscription food company which has been shortlisted in this year’s awards. Diet Chef’s frozen hamper has been nominated for the Best Packaging of a New Product after Antalis advised the firm to use a pioneering new thermal paper-based solution - the WrapPak Protector - to package its chilled and frozen foods.
