During their 20+-year association, Jarshire and Tecnmec3 have seen a consistently rising use of Tecnomec's range of spreader, bowed and banana rollers in paper and tissue mills. A wide range of coatings are available in the G Series rubber spreader roll range; these include abrasion-proof, anti-adhesive and high temperature, and cover grooving. Meanwhile, the M series metal spreader roll offers coatings that include tungsten carbide, chromium Teflon, and cover grooving.
Depending on the material to be processed, the V Series variable bow spreader roller, also available with rubber coating or metal sector, allows the operator to change the roll bow while the machine is working, improving the cut separation.
The axle cooling version, utilising continuous water recirculation, is designed for high temperatures and is also used for positioning IR in the drying rolls group. It is possible to retrospectively transform the standard spreader roll into a cooled-axle spreader roll.
Spreader rolls with continuous lubrication of the bearings are ideal for high speeds and middle-high temperatures. Advantages include adjustment of the grease dosing as well as of the lubrication interval by means of check panel; longer life of the bearings; longer maintenance intervals and economy in time.
