Agfa Graphics has sold Xitron, developer and integrator of raster image processors and software, to the Vanguard Graphics International Group for an undisclosed sum. Xitron was acquired by Agfa as part of its Autologic acquisition at the end of 2001. With VGI, it will be a wholly owned, independently operated subsidiary.
