US manufacturer Jennerjahn says its new JJM-54 utility slitter rewinder is a flexible, high speed machine ideal for all types of POS rolls, engineering rolls, counter rolls and various other products. Designed for quick and efficient changeovers, it has a maximum web speed of 548m/min, a web width of 1,372mm, and unwind roll diameter of 1,000mm.
The JJM’s features include a top rider roll motor with programmable torque control, automatic roll starts with tail blow-over and tuck, single preset counter, shafted unwind stand with dancer tension control, pneumatic brake system, and an integrated end load hydraulic lift system for master rolls.
The manufacturer claims ‘a very competitive price’ for the new slitter.
