UPM Raflatac is to acquire Gascogne Laminates Switzerland, the labelstock business of French wood industry group Gascogne. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. Gascogne Laminates Switzerland sales totalled €44 million in 2011. The company employs 110 people in its factory in Martigny, Switzerland.
