UPM Raflatac has received permission to construct its new selfadhesive label materials factory in southern Poland.
The €90M investment, announced in April, will provide a new production and logistics centre for the growing eastern European markets, and meet increasing demand for filmic label materials and products with hot melt adhesives across Europe.
Construction of the factory, near Wroclaw, will begin in August and production is scheduled to start in the final quarter of 2008.
