Unilux opens European service centre

US-based stroboscopic inspection systems specialist Unilux has opened a service and repair centre in its Düsseldorf, Germany, office. Guido Reinersmann is the service technician who will provide repair services, verify spare parts orders, technical information and field support. He also will assist Volker Schlevoigt, Managing Director, EMEA, with product demonstrations.

Most repair work will be done at the Düsseldorf service center, but Mr Reinersmann will work on-site for larger Unilux systems, such as the 850D, 851 and Centurion systems used in fixed installations by wide-web printing and converting plants. Schlevoigt and Reinersmann will also be able to provide technical support in English and German by telephone and email.

Unilux manufactrers industrial surface inspection lighting systems for the printing/converting, and papermaking industries, including stroboscopic and pulsed LED inspection lights ranging from handheld, battery-powered units for spot or narrow web inspection or maintenance or troubleshooting applications to fixed-mounted units capable of inspecting surfaces up to 12m wide either individually or in combination.
