Trinseo Announces Price Increases for Copolymers in Europe
Trinseo, a global materials company and manufacturer of plastics, latex binders and synthetic rubber, and its affiliate companies in Europe announced today price increases for some of their copolymers range. Effective January 1, 2018, or as existing contract terms allow, the contract and spot prices for the products listed below will increase as follows:
- MAGNUM ABS resins by 30 Euro per metric ton
- TYRIL SAN resins by 25 Euro per metric ton
- STYRON general purpose polystyrene grades (GPPS) by 25 Euro per metric ton
- STYRON and STYRON A-Tech high impact polystyrene grades (HIPS) by 30 Euro permetric ton
- CALIBRE Polycarbonate Resins by 250 Euro per metric ton
