Tragic loss to flexible packaging

William Jenkins Love, Printpack Europe's former European sales and marketing director, has been killed in a plane crash while on a safari holiday in Kenya, along with his wife Beth and their 12 year old daughter Sarah. Nine other members of Beth's family also died in the crash, as well as the two crew members of the chartered plane.

Bill and Beth are survived by their three younger daughters Jessica, aged 8 years, Katie, aged 6 years and Hannah, aged one year.

Bill, 41, was the son of J Erskine Love, who in 1956 founded Printpack, which grew to be one of the world´s leading flexible packaging companies. In 1998, Bill moved to the UK from the company headquarters in Atlanta, to take up the role of European sales and marketing director. He had recently accepted a new role, requiring his return to the US, as director of business development.
