Rashid Al Ghurair, chairman of Taghleef Industries states: "The high added value film range of Derprosa Film will allow Ti to penetrate new markets, diversify its product offering and seize further business opportunities. Our companies will join their forces and consolidate their presence worldwide."

José Ángel Medina, CEO of Derprosa, adds: "Our strategic approach to the markets and continuous investment in research and development has allowed the company to grow healthily. Indeed our choice to partner with Ti has been driven by our increasing exposure to the markets and the opportunity to maximise our reach."

Derprosa will be incorporated with Ti Europe, consisting of four production sites in Italy, Spain, Hungary and Egypt.
