One of Europe's largest label printers, SE was demerged earlier this year from its Norwegian food based conglomerate parent, Rieber & Son. It has production units in the UK, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Germany.
Managing director Ken Forster commented: "This is a positive move which will create a stable base from which SE Labels can grow and further enhance its strategic position in labelling".
