The European launch of Sun Chemical's Solaris global product line of inks and coatings for narrow web printers will take place at Labelexpo Europe, in Brussels, from September 21-24 (Hall 5, stand 5E80).
Jonathan Sexton, product manager, narrow web labels, says: "Solaris will offer the best inks and coatings technology available in Sun Chemical from all around the world and will reveal unique and innovative products specifically designed for the narrow web market at Labelexpo. We are forming regional teams who will sell proven narrow web products and will offer narrow web printers extensive experience as they consider broader markets in such areas as flexible packaging, folding carton and shrink sleeves."
The company has previously used Onyx as the name for its narrow web products in the UK, but will now be known as Solaris.
