Sun Chemical has entered into an agreement to buy Envoy Communications Group’s UK subsidiaries ECG Holdings (UK), Watt Gilchrist and Parker Williams for €19M.
Watt Gilchrist, headquartered in Leeds, is a leading UK graphic arts company, while London based Parker Williams is a major packaging design and brand development firm. The acquisition will enable Sun to better serve its customers in the areas of packaging development and colour management. The acquisition includes the ODIN packaging and digital asset management system.
