Sun Chemical showcased Thermasure, its security tagged thermochronic ink, at the Easyfairs Packaging Innovation Show held in Birmingham. Thermasure is a touch sensitive ink, tagged with Sun Chemical’s new infrared security ink, SunGuard Apollo, and is available to offset and UV flexo printers. The inks respond to a change in temperature and will shift from red to white at 26 degC. The covert medium level IR feature enables brand owners to double check the security of the product.
