The Emerson & Renwick Group has won significant orders in China. The Wallcoverings Division has clinched a £1M contract for a multi station, water based 1.4m wide combination gravure/rotary screen press to be supplied to wallcoverings manufacturer DongguanYulan. It will have an electronic lineshaft for driving all the print units and an in-line hot embosser capable of embossing in-register to the printed web. Delivery is due in December. Emerson & Renwick has also been awarded a contract to re-locate the company's existing factory.
The Dixon Division also won a multiple machine order from one of China's leading paper making companies. Six pilot machine coating heads will be supplied for integration into two existing Dixon Helicoaters. The heads include variable angle pressure fed blade coaters, rod coaters and inverted blade type coaters.
