The Stork Prints Group has announced a management buyout of its dispensing activities. New company GSE is taking over all existing sales, maintenance and work in progress agreements, and all staff directly involved in the dispensing activities. Stork Prints will act as agent for the GSE dispensing products in the textile printing market, making use of its global distribution network.
Stork says the sale is in line with its strategy of strengthening the focus in its activities and will have no effect on employment levels. The terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
Anne Lourens, Henk Hummelink and Maarten Hummelen, involved with the business since its inception with Stork Prints, are sharing ownership of the new company: Anne Lourens as managing director, Maarten Hummelen as marketing director, and Henk Hummelink as finance director.
Anne Lourens comments: “We have enjoyed many years of success with Stork and we are really looking forward to continuing this as an independent company. We are very committed to furthering the growth of this business and plan to expand and develop the existing range of products and services. "
