Storey's spend

3 April 2003

Bradford, UK, carton and label manufacturer Storey Evans has invested £1.5M in a six colour MAN Roland 700 press and a PECOM network to link the new machine with its existing five colour R705 model.

"PECOM will give us a detailed performance feedback from both presses, as well as allowing us to further integrate the whole print process," reveals Dennis Marshall (pictured on the right with fellow joint md Bruno Chorzelewski). "In particular we will be able to achieve a significantly faster make-ready. Some of our pharmaceutical carton runs are very short."
