LumiLabel G, a new high end flexible packaging paper for premium coffee wrapper packaging, will be launched by Stora Enso Speciality Papers at Packaging Summit Europe, on June 26-27, 2007, in Amsterdam.
Said to offer high gloss and high brightness, this new one-side coated product was developed in response to requests from coffee brand owners for an environmentally friendly wrapper paper that will support complex print graphics and withstand the rigours of high speed coffee packaging processes.
Eckhard Kallies, Stora Enso's vice president of packaging papers, says: “LumiLabel G is an innovative alternative to plastics wrappers and allows brand owners to increase the sustainability of their packaging without compromising product design and production”.
Produced at Stora Enso's Imatra Mill in Finland, LumiLabel G is offered in basis weights of 80 and 90g/m2.
