The IOP: The Packaging Society has introduced new categories for the Starpack Industry Awards 2007. There will now be a chance win a Gold, Silver or Bronze for the Best Flexible Packaging Innovation - and for Best Printed Pack. Converting Today is the media supporter for the flexible packaging innovation award. Other award categories include Best Use of Innovative Materials, and Best in Creative Cartonboard Packaging.
The Starpack Awards programmes is run in partnership with the Wilmington Group, publisher of Converting Today, Packaging Today, and RFID Solutions. Entry forms will be available from November with the closing date for entries January 26, 2007. The awards will be presented during the Total Processing & Packaging Exhibition, on May 15, 2007, at the National Motorcycle Museum, near the Birmingham NEC.
