Hybrid Software's Facelift solution will provide a dynamic link for order intake, planning and production systems at packaging reprographics firm Reproflex 3. It will streamline significantly the order life cycle process at the Newcastle site, as well as reducing administration.
"Facelift will automate our expanding business with regards to order management, while creating capacity for the growth that we are planning," says Reproflex 3 joint managing director Andrew Hewitson. "The challenge we set Hybrid was to create a solution that gives us the scope to not only input, streamline and present information from our current production workflow, but also give us the flexibility to integrate easily new tools in the future."
