Azco Corp claims that its automatic sheeter for slip sheets will save the user 20% of the cost of using pre-cut sheets.
The machine can accommodate any material - corrugated, kraft, plastics, or anti-slip paper - without any changeover. Compact in size, the roll is found outside of the safety cage. With this optimal safety feature, increased throughput is achieved, since the process is continuous upon changing each new roll.
Azco says this easy to use, on-demand approach can be incorporated into any robotic palletised system. No integration is required - it simply plugs directly into 110V ac and 40psi air supply.
Once a slip sheet has been removed, the unit will automatically replace it with another. The sheet can then be used to stabilise boxes, bags, cartons, glass, or plastics packaging.
