CMM proved most successful for ALS. The company took four orders for its 500NT automatic roll slitter during the show: two for an existing US company (taking its total of ALS slitters up to six), another for Sweden and one for the UK. New features demonstrated on the machine included a blade protection device, automatic greasing of key areas and a facility for storing two million cutting programs.
