Euromac has supplied a second slitter rewinder to Constantia Kuban, one of the largest converters in Russia. The model TB-3.06T2F double turret machine is expected to increase the company's productivity due to its high output. It has a 1,000 mm web width, unwind diameter of 1,000 mm, and 600 mm rewind. Top speed is 500 m/min.
Other features of the machine include an automatic offloader, laser core positioning and semiautomatic blade positioning. It will process PET, LDPE and PP films and laminates up to 200 micron, as well as paper and foil laminates.
The sale and delivery were handled by Euromac's trading company, Scanteco.
