Drent Goebel reports a "huge increase" in machine sales so far in 2005. In the just the last three months, the company says it has sold over 15 presses worldwide.
The largest part of these - more than 10 presses - Variable Sleeve Offset Printing (VSOP) presses. The introduction of wider web widths up to 1,250mm is said to have gained interest in the concept from packaging printers all over the world. The Vision model also remains on the forefront in sales: four presses went to customers in the same period.
"We are looking forward to the remainder of the year," says Rob Schellekens, director of marketing and sales. "I am convinced several deals will soon be closed."
