Following the Flint Group’s acquisition of its powder business, Russell Webb will continue its established coatings division as an independent company, to be known as RW Coatings.
John Russell and his team at RW Coatings based in Hertford, UK, will now focus on the manufacture, sales, distribution and support of the Clearcoat range of water based coatings, UV curable varnishes and the new range of digital printing coatings. Tim Webb, chairman of RW Coatings, will also act as a spray powder consultant to Day International.
The company also plans to seek partners in North America.
