In collaboration with Zimmer Industries, Sandvik has added perforating and micro perforating rules for the manufacture of business forms to its existing range of flat bed, rotary and special cutting and creasing rules for the printing, packaging and board converting industries.
The new Sandvik Zimmer rules are based on Zimmer's QZ3 range, said to be the market leader among business form manufacturers in the US, and claimed to run quality perforating jobs faster, consistently and with reduced machine set-up times. A wide range of tooth/space specifications isavailable for rule heights between 19-23.80mm.
