Winston Packaging, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina recently set a new performance record on its 6-colour KBA Rapida 106 press.
The press ran 127,625 sheets of 74 x 106cm paperboard in less than seven hours with an average speed of 18,964sheets/hour.
The average output of the company's Rapida 106, which can run at up to 20,000sheets/hour, was higher than the maximum output of any other press in this format class.
