The company says demand for PP and PE resins across Europe started strong in the new year. Depleting inventories at resin converters and continued strong demand will cause an increasingly tight supply pattern in the coming months.
It warns: "The present PP prices still do not allow for acceptable margins. Based on the current situation, we continue to evaluate the market conditions around PE resins."
