The AntiStick-Knife from Polar is designed for cutting gummed materials that normally leaves adhesive residue on the knife. It has a patent pending coating which is claimed to reduce the build-up of adhesive residue “to almost zero”. Customers already using the AntiStick Knife are said to report productivity gains of up to 100 per cent, depending on the type of material being cut.
