A fully automated processing line for flexo plates, the new nyloflex Automated Plate Processor (APP) from Flint Group Flexographic Products combines a round brush washer, a dryer with eight drying drawers, a post exposure and light finishing (UV-A / UV-C) unit, and a stacker with 8 drawers - offering a total capacity of up to 120 plates/320m2 per day.
The nyloflex APP covers plate formats up to a maximum of 1,320 x 2,032 mm (FV format) and from 0.7-7.0mm plate thickness.
A prototype of the new system is now available for customer demonstrations in the new Flint Group showroom in Stuttgart/Germany. In April, the first nyloflex APP will be installed at a trade shop in Central Europe.
