Partners offer modernization service

In Germany, ECH Will and SRM Elektro-Anlagentechnik are combining their respective expertise to offer individual and comprehensive maintenance and service for all makes of finishing equipment. In addition to pure mechanical overhaul, the offering includes increased performance through specific automation of the machine.

The companies will also co-operate in offering a customized and complete solution for all systems in the finishing equipment in the paper industry.

ECH Will is a leading manufacturer of folio-size sheeters with working widths from 1,450-2,900mm and speeds up to 410m/min. SRM specializes in automation and the electrical and mechanical modernization of existing crosscutters of all makes. In particular, the company has many years of experience in maintenance, rebuild and expansion of Jagenberg folio-size sheeters.

Klaus Aarestrup, ECH Will chairman, affirms: "The co-operation with SRM is an ideal partnership. Together, we can offer a well-thought-out service and modernization concept for increasing system availability and performance". SRM’s CEO Jan Jäger adds: "In future, our customers will have a single contact partner for their systems for both the modernization of their folio-size sheeters and for service and maintenance."
