Paper converter expands

3 February 2003

The Franco-German paper reel converting group ParisLoire-APV is building a third factory, at a site near Paris. It will be called PariF, and is due to become operational this spring. The group is also creating a subcontracting department – Convernet - to co-ordinate the service activities of APV Germany and ParisLoire with those of the new operation.

The extended group will have the use of four rewinders and two reelsaws for a total production capacity of more than 50,000t, and storage for about 100,000t.
