UK based manufacturer of wallcoverings Zen has ordered an Emerson & Renwick high speed hot embosser capable of in-register embossing of paper and non woven backed PVC wallcoverings.
The machine is designed to accept preprinted rolls of wallpaper and emboss patterns in-register with the preprinted reel. It includes an extended oven for PVC expansion before embossing, together with temperature control systems and web tracking devices.
