North West Roller Services has installed a Zed mini direct digital laser engraving system at its Runcorn, UK site. The system is capable of engraving seamless in the round rubber, photopolymer cylinders and reusable sleeves with a 2,300mm face width, 500mm diameter, with exacting 2 point intaglio and relief text and screens in excess of 170 lpi with 1% highlight dot.
