US-based global supplier of flat die systems for extrusion and fluid coating Nordson EDI has acquired a leading European source of extrusion dies.
The business previously operated as Constructiewerkhuizen G Verbruggen, at Temse, Belgium, was formally changed to Nordson EDI Europe in June.
"Along with the expert staff and state of the art production systems already in place at Temse, Nordson EDI Europe draws on the full range of our world-wide engineering and manufacturing resources," says managing director Andrei Stapinoiu. "Our customers in Europe will enjoy the economic and logistical benefits of having local access to a broader range of products and increased capabilities for technical support and remanufacturing service."
