Newfoil to unveil digital press at Labelexpo Americas

10 September 2004

Newfoil Machines is aiming to bring cost-effective digital production to the smaller label converter with the launch of a low-cost print engine, coupled with dedicated and bespoke preparation-finishing equipment at next week's Labelexpo Americas. It will be shown immediately afterwards at Digital Print World in the UK.

At the centre of the Newfoil 3500 is the VIP Color VP8020 "cool fusion" digital print engine, which provides a digitally printed web "to standards not previously thought possible at such costs". Coupled with flat bed converting and finishing equipment the company claims it puts the complete press at the forefront of the digital printing industry for the smaller label printer as well the largest.
