New structure for Clondalkin

The Clondalkin Group has formed a new business structure for its Flexible Packaging Division in Europe, to create greater cohesion between the division’s eight operating companies. The newly-formed Business Units will be: Performance Films & Foils, Engineered Films, Laminated & Coated Products, and Trading.

Divisional CEO John Fitzgerald comments: “The changes will facilitate the appointment of a new management team who will use their vast collective experience of the packaging sector to ensure we remain at the forefront of the flexible packaging industry and continue to expand our business by creating innovative and high quality products”.

The Performance Films & Foils Business Unit is comprised of Vaassen Flexible Packaging in The Netherlands, NYCO (Switzerland) and Chadwicks (UK); the Engineered Films Business Unit includes Wentus in Germany and Flexoplast in The Netherlands; the Laminated & Coated Products Business Unit comprises Cats-Haensel in The Netherlands and Germany) and LPF Flexible Packaging in The Netherlands. The Trading Business Unit is the Van Der Windt Group, which has locations in The Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, the UK and Ireland.
