New Premium Program launched for Onlineprinters.co.uk customers

The personalised services offered under the Premium Program are open to online shoppers with an annual print volume of at least 10,000 euros. Customers who use the convenient shopping features regularly to order their standard print material online in 14 online shops serving 30 European countries can choose from 1,400 print products available in multi-million configurations including business cards, flyers, stationery, brochures, advertising systems and large-format printings (LFP). "Mutual trust and personal customer relationships are our priority. Each registered Premium Customer has a dedicated key account manager at his/her side that can be contacted directly for any questions concerning orders, products, services or complaints," Anita Holzhauser details the new Premium Service.
The status as a Premium Partner comes with a series of benefits and customised services: a special scale of discounts for major customers and the option to upload orders via an XML interface set up for this purpose. Free samples of paper and other print substrates such as board for advertising signs are supplied according to Premium Status. "Paper sample booklets and boxes are useful for resellers who have their own brand, as they give their customers an idea of what the different materials look like," Holzhauser explains. The range of Premium benefits is topped off with regular special offers and customised order processing agreements.

Top quality and fast delivery are the hallmarks of online printing today: it often takes less than 24 hours from uploading the artwork in the online shop until a print is produced and shipped. "Products ordered with the "same day printing" option are produced on the same working day they are ordered. With express delivery the products reach customers on the next working day. And that applies to all EU countries," Holzhauser points out. "We are glad to organise shipping for our customers," Holzhauser explains the feature to have the products delivered to an optional address. The print products are generally shipped in neutral packaging to the specified address to the satisfaction of resellers.
