1 May 2012

Germany’s Trützschler engineering group has expanded its product portfolio by taking over the product range of Bastian Winder Technologies. Marc Wolpers, managing director of Trützschler, says the objective is further development of the successful Bastian winder technology.

"The name of Bastian represents outstanding quality and technology,” he asserts. “In combination with the strength of the global Trützschler organisation, we also offer the customer optimised service and individual consulting in new construction, as well as for retrofits and upgrades. Based on long-term experience and industry-specific know-how, the experts of Bastian can now evaluate exactly what is technically possible and economically convincing in combination with the expertise of Trützschler."

Under the Bastian name, Trützschler will now offer winders for film, nonwovens, paper and composites.
