New order : Further 10 m slitter for a new BOPP film line project.
Kampf Schneid- und Wickeltechnik GmbH & Co. KG will supply two Universal slitters to Zhejiang Jinrui Film Materials Co., Ltd. in China.
Since 2004, Zhejiang Jinrui has been producing and processing numerous web-shaped CPP products. The successful company is going to produce BOPP films for the packaging industry in the near future and has ordered two BOPP film lines from a reputable manufacturer for a greenfield project. The delivery of the KAMPF slitters is scheduled for September 2016 and early 2017. The Universal 108/12 BOPP processes 10 - 60 µm BOPP film up to 10,600 mm width. The other machine for Zhejiang Jinrui is a Universal 92/12 BOPP designed for material widths up to 8,900 mm. Both machines dispose of a modern drive concept with the latest AC servo technology including individual drives of all transport rolls and separate center drives for the winding stations to ensure the constant tension control. The precise control of winding tension and contact pressure ensures highest winding quality at speeds up to 1,250 m / min.
