Leading anilox supplier Pamarco Global Graphics is investing in additional laser engraving capacity for its plant in Warrington, UK.
Nick Walker, general manager of Pamarco Europe, says the new addition is the latest phase of the company's 5-year strategic growth plan.
"Last year saw a major upgrade programme for our ceramic coating facility, adding the latest, most efficient Sulzer plasma spray equipment to ensure high quality coatings. A further upgrade to our second Sulzer coating line will be completed in Q3 2014, ensuring optimum coating consistency and efficiency.
"Now the addition of a further ALE multi-beam laser due to be completed during Q4 2014 will allow us to meet the demands of our OEM and converter customers for ever improving service times."
