New ‘flashy’ holographic design foils at drupa

27 March 2008

At drupa 2008, the stamping foil manufacturer Kurz will present a new series of ‘flashy’ holographic design foils aimed at attracting the attention of the buyers. These stamping foils supplement the ‘Light Line’ product range, which contains a multitude of continuous designs with diffractive structures.

The new foils provide designs that reflect current graphics and packaging trends, says Kurz. One foil, for example, shows a simulation of a textile application. The pattern comprises of a network structure with a super-imposed design producing a mesh stocking appearance. A wide variety of other ornamental shapes are also in the making.

The company’s range of foil designs from high-resolution images with clear, refractive structures to holographic patterns with contour-free, blurred transitions and depth effects.

Kurz will be present at drupa in hall 2, booth C46.
