Now available in the UK from Jarshire is a high precision, semi-automatic core cutter produced by ekoenergo of Slovakia.
The ePD70-150 unit is designed for cutting thick board cores in applications where a precise, straight and clean cut is required. It is suitable for cutting cores with internal diameters ranging from 70-300mm and total length up to 3,000mm.
Cutting is performed by a circular saw mounted on the bottom arm which, in turn, is powered by a pneumatic piston and moves against the core at the moment of the cut. The core cutter is equipped with a soundproof safety cover and a dust suction system. A custom design service to meet specific applications is available on request.
