Significant changes have been made to its international structure by Michelman, the global manufacturer of decorative coatings for flexible film packaging, paperboard, and corrugated boxes.
Michelman International SARL has been formed and located in Luxembourg as a new European holding company where a new sales, marketing and customer service office will also be located. There will also be increased manufacturing and warehousing capacity at company’s Aubange site in Belgium.
The company says the changes will help meet increased demand from Europe, Russia, the Mediterranean region and North African.
Michelman Asia-Pacific’s business center located in Singapore will move to a new location twice the size of the current facility.
